2009-2010 School Registration

Blessed Sacrament School registration is now underway for the 2009-2010 School year. Preschool registration is open to students that will be 3 or 4 years of age by September 1st. Kindergarten registration is open to children that will be 5 years of age by September 1st. Copies of Birth and baptismal certificates must be presented at registration. Please click here for more information on admittance.

All forms and fees are due to the school office by May 30, 2009. Please send forms to the office via your student or they can be mailed or faxed to:

If your address or phone number(s) should change during the summer, please let us know at the beginning of the school year so we can update our information.

We will not be having a formal enrollment in August as in the past.  Please make sure your paperwork is returned as soon as possible to complete the enrollment process for the 2009-2010 school year. To download a checklist to help get you started, click here.
